FITNESS & FUN AFTER 50 - An Introduction- 30th. May,2020.

 

Considering the age of this Earth 4.543 billion years , we are are just "Pop-ups", imagine how many like us have come & gone before us & will, after us, by our coming & going this Earth gets least effected. But the nature of LIFE that we are as created by that Eternal Source, our possibilities are limitless as compared to any other life on this planet, provided we realise our capabilities & move in that direction. From the day we are born to the day we crossover to the other dimension , each day of our life should be utilised to its fullest , in a way that death never scares us.  In most part of our active life we are too much engrossed in building career, family, fame, position, money ,property, status ... as if we are immortals , in this process have we ever thought how much time really we spent for ourselves, what have we done to attain that state of self realisation & be really in a state of JOYFUL / HAPPINESS & contributed to other living beings & mother NATURE.

After spending my childhood & a major part of my youth in the oldest & holiest city of Lord Shiva - VARANASI, myself has been working now for nearly 36 years in various  private sector organisations like - Advertising, Tea Plantation, Granite mining & Exports , Automobile  etc.,  & rose to some what  a respectable level from nearly a scratch. My Late father who had served the Indian Railways for nearly 33 years had taught me few basics of life - Always be in line with NATURE and follow a routine, Simple living, Never harm a life, try to make honest attempts to distance from EGO & DESIRE as much possible & focus strongly on physical conditioning as it leads to mental stability. We are a combination of 3 things - The BODY , The Mind & The Energy ( Prana )

Though , by now my words must be sounding extraneous to the title, but these are necessary to create the launching pad for igniting the boosters . My next blogs will be dealing directly with the title in  phased manner in a very simple way. 
Just follow my future  blogs and  experience how instead of being in a state of melancholy, what exciting & contributing life you can have after 50,55,60 & above.
