Hello Friends ! This is Partha Dutta, Holistic Fitness Advisor , Blogger, a Youtube creator, Trekking enthusiast and fitness commentator for a prominent FM radio channel. Born in 1963 , myself had experienced life in all extremes and realised that its not about how long you live , its about how much (quality) you live with good health and in a joyful state.... with no fear of DEATH. Introduced to "importance of fitness" and started my training in physical fitness and yoga under my late father Mr. KARUN DUTTA, since 1981 under his able guidance, who was himself a dedicated body builder and Holistic fitness expert of repute and had done his training under two "MR. UNIVERSE" title holders of 1950s - Sri Monotosh Roy and Sri Monohar Aich. Though he left active body building in the year 1959 , but was an acclaimed body building instructor and fitness advisor of Indian Railways (DLW) BODY BUILDING TEAM . He himself again started body building at the age of 55, along with yoga and continued till he lived. Myself is still following his instructions and intend to spread the same among all enthusiasts who crave for a healthy and joyful life after 50.
